This is better known as Dynamics for Outlook, but they are not using the newer version 9, but the older version 8. I have since found out that when they click the set regarding button, it is using internet explorer 11 to display this pop up. What was happening instead was, the pop up would open, and then a full screen Edge browser would open, asking them to sign into Dynamics.
The user would sign in, it would should the contact search options, but it would not let them complete the add action.
This does fix the set regarding, but essentially this is blocking all redirects from internet explorer With the upcoming retirement on Internet Explorer 11 from 15th June , I see this issue coming back when IE 11 is disabled.
